RETURNS POLICY
Any item that is rooten or broken on arrival is eligible for replacement or a full refund.
Any money owed will be refunded within 7 days of notification.

Damaged leaves is not the basis for making a complaint.

Responsibility for dead plants received by express mail is on the buyer's side if the temperature is less than 5 degrees Celsius and more than 25 degrees Celsius.

THERE IS NO REFUND FOR DEAD AND ETIOLATED PLANTS IF YOU CHOOSE SHIPPING BY EXPRESS MAIL! 

As I offer live plants, all complaints will be considered only within 24 hours of receipt of the package. I cannot take responsibility for irregularities in the care of plants.

You buy the cuttings and unrooted plants at your own risk. If you fail to root them, I do not take responsibility for it because it depends on your skills, not mine. Rooted plants can have dry roots after travel, some of them can fall off. It is not refunded.
