By placing an order, you declare that you have read all the terms and conditions of sale.
Limitation of the right to withdraw from the contract when returning plants:
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if he buys an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life. Plants as a perishable commodity cannot be returned.
EU consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts: 4) in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf-life.
All photos of plants presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only. They may vary in color, shape, size, etc.
Payment must be via Paypal, a secure payment processing provider. We don't issue invoices due to farming activities where invoices are not required.
Prices are in euro and are correct at the time of currency.
Items are sold subject to availability.
We supply mainly to the EU. Orders outside of the EU are available after contact by email or whatsapp. Please apply for further information. Outside EU customers need to make additional payment for phytosanitary certificate (30 euro) in other way orders are shipped without phytosanitary certificate on customer responsibility without any refund. EU despatch is within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order. Outside EU customers need to wait 7-10 days. This may vary over public holidays or during cold spells when we will delay postage.
The recipient is responsible for the correct delivery details of the shipment.
All orders are despatched by Priority Mail or UPS courier.
Prioritys mail delivery time : 7-14 days depends on EU country. Outside EU delivery time : 10-25 working days (with no refund for dead plants), FedEx 5-14 working days.
Courier (UPS, DHL): delivery time 3-5 days depends on country
If you receive plants that arrive rotten or damaged, please contact us via the website, Facebook or whatsapp and we will endeavour to refund or replace items as quickly as possible (only courier delivery). Damaged leaves is not the basis for making a complaint.
As we sell live plants you will not receive a refund for not picked parcels! Withholding the pick up parcel collected at the post office for more than two days releases the seller from a refund.You will loose your money! Make orders wisely!
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours.
Any item that is damaged on arrival is eligible for replacement or a full refund.
Any money owed will be refunded within 7 days of notification.
As we offer live plants, all complaints will be considered only within 24 hours of receipt of the package. I cannot take responsibility for irregularities in the care of plants.
You buy the cuttings and unrooted plants at your own risk. If you fail to root them, I do not take responsibility for it because it depends on your skills, not mine. Rooted plants can have dry roots after travel, some of them can fall off. It is not refunded.
If there will be lower temperature than 0 degress you need to buy thermobox. In other way you will buy on your own risk. With no refund.
